I finally finished this messenger and listed it in my icraft shop. I love how it turned out! Yay! I am so excited to get it done. My first real upcycled project too! I turned an old coat into a really cool new messenger bag. I used everything from the coat pockets, to the belt tie, to the buttons to make this one. It is so soft and yummy! I hope someone will find it and love it. I love it so much that I cut out another one in a blue striped canvas that will be lined in a batik star print of the same color combination. Now I can start on a couple jewelry projects I need to get done. I must first clean-up my jewelry space!

Very nice. I have one of those forever and a day pieces still sitting on a shelf in my work space...perhaps I'll tackle it when I return from vacation with a new resolve.
