I managed to get these little guys into my
Etsy shop today. I hope to add a few more things this weekend but we will see. We have some family projects to tend to and boy they need doing. I am just about done with my stack of custom items and special projects and I'm thinking that I'll take a bit of a break and work on getting the shop stocked up for a bit. I have tons of stuff cut out and I want to get that all put together and done so I can play with some metal for a bit. I have been collecting old metal buttons and playing with oxidation and patina. Fun stuff! I think I am also going to make some more of my pendants using the same technique. I hope to have something to show for it soon. Right now, all the pieces I have been working on are sitting on the table in the kitchen slowly changing from shiny to old and crusty. I have a soft spot in my heart for old and crusty:) Shiny is just too overdone to me! Now off to bake some cookies for my sick kiddos and get ready for this crazy couple of days ahead. Wish me luck!
