They Are Done!

The sunglass and eyeglass cases that I have been working on are finally DONE!  They should be off to their new home tomorrow, a little eyeglass shop in Mill Valley.  I was so thankful to find buttons!  I didn't realize how hard it was to find covered button kits in this neck o' the woods.  So this is the set, all fun and happy and colorful.  Now I am on to a new necklace design, which I hope will be as exciting after it's made as it is in my head:) 

Now There Are Three!

This is Liger.  She may become Gertrude or Trudy or Gertie.( it depends on what the kiddos want to call her)  She is our third crested gecko and she just arrived today!  See, she's even in her little travel pod(deli cup with damp paper towel). She will soon make herself comfy in her quarantine tank until she is ready to move in with Beazus.  She is a very sweet yellow tiger morph with no tail.  We are happy campers here.  We are hoping that this new little friend will be a happy camper too, when she gets over the stress of her journey.

Could This Be?

This just might be my first leather and metal collaboration in a very long while!  I'm thinking that this cuff in the making might look pretty darn awesome with a big ol' splotch of brass and copper somewhere on it's body.  Hmmmmmm...........
